Adam brings over ten years of marketing experience, overseeing the campaign management efforts at MGM Resorts and driving corporate marketing initiatives through the development of programs and practices. Adam holds expertise in managing B2C email marketing, direct marketing initiatives, data acquisition standards, and corporate marketing standards.

Prior to joining MGM Resorts he held several key marketing positions including Corporate Database Marketing Analyst for American Casino and Entertainment Properties and Business Development Consultant for Goodwin Associates in New York.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and International Business from Baylor University.

JODIE SANGSTER

Chief Executive Officer
Association for Data-Driven Marketing & Advertising

Jodie Sangster is the CEO of the Association for Data-Driven Marketing & Advertising and Chairperson for the International Federation of Direct Marketing Associations (IFDMA).

Her extensive experience in the fields of global data-driven marketing and privacy spans over 14 years and includes experience throughout the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

She moved to Australia in 2001 and joined the then Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) as Director - Legal & Regulatory Affairs. In Australia she has played a significant role in shaping the direct and digital marketing landscape. From 2005-2007 , Jodie held the position of Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer of Acxiom Asia Pacific responsible for privacy and data protection compliance throughout the Asia Pacific Region.

Jodie moved to New York in 2007 and held the position of Senior Vice President - Global Development for the Direct Marketing Association based in New York responsible for global operations and worldwide direct marketing initiatives. In this role she gained a unique insight and perspective on global direct marketing issues and played a key role developing international programs aimed at advancing and promoting direct and digital marketing. Jodie returned from the US in 2011 to take up the CEO position with ADMA.

DENNIS SAMUEL

Vice President, South Asia
Teradata Applications

Dennis Samuel is the Vice President, South Asia for Teradata Applications. He is responsible for sales, delivery and support for all of Teradata's applications products, solutions and services within the Australian, New Zealand, South East Asia and Korean markets and the profitable growth of the applications business within this geography.

Samuel has more than 25 years of experience in sales, consulting, marketing and senior management in the high-tech sector, including a total of 17 years at Teradata. He is known for his passion for customer delight and building strategic relationships with customers across many geographies and cultures.

Previously, he was vice president of business development for Teradata in SEA & India, where he had overall responsibility for Teradata's business within the SEA and Indian markets. Prior to this, Samuel was responsible for the deployment of corporate programs within Teradata's Japanese market.

Samuel earned a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Swinburne University in Melbourne Australia and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland in Australia.

PETER ANSON

Chief Executive Officer
Salmat Consumer Marketing Solutions

Peter was appointed CEO of the CMS division in November 2012. Prior to this he was the companies Chief Operating Officer since August 2008 where he was responsible for the overall performance of Salmat's business units, ensuring operational objectives were aligned with strategy.

More recently, Peter was assigned the position of Chief Executive Officer of Salmat's Consumer Marketing Solutions division. This division encompasses Salmat's Digital and Targeted Media capabilities and is focused on developing and delivering digital and catalogue services and channels, that provide clients with an integrated multi-channel solution for their customers.

Peter previously held a number of senior executive positions within Salmat including General Manager of the BPO Division covering Australia and Asia. Peter had held a number of other senior management roles within and across the company prior to this period and has been with Salmat since 1991.
